[ What we offer ]TRAIL RUNNING CAMPS
All-Levels Camp· Watershed
For everyone from first-time trail runners to seasoned speedsters. No-drop pace, tailored workshops, and everything a place has to offer. Bonus mileage available if you want to push further.
25–30 miles over four days. Must be able to run a 10k without walking breaks and spend 3+ hours on trail.
Intro Camp · Trailhead
Your introduction to trail — covered from every angle. What to carry, how to navigate, how to fuel, and everything in between. No question too small.
Must be able to complete a 5k in under an hour and spend 2+ hours on your feet.
Intermediate Camp · Treeline
More miles, more terrain, more of everything. Back-to-back big days with intentional recovery, focused workshops, guest speakers, and gear and nutrition to test on trail.
40–50 miles over camp.
Must be comfortable with 5+ hours on trail and running 10k without walking breaks.
Advanced Camp · Training Camp
The difficulty will be dictated by the event, so for a 100 mile mountain race we will be running much more challenging terrain and for more miles than a sub-ultra trail race.
The focus will be less about enjoying the culture and area we’re in and more about getting as much running and recovery in as possible.

All-Levels
Everyone from new-to-trail runners to experienced speedsters is welcome. This camp focuses on experiencing all our location has to offer, sightseeing and exploring during our runs, “no-drop” pace, and proper recovery. Expect tailored workshops on trail navigation, safety, equipment, strength training, nutrition, etc. (based on the needs of the group).
This camp is open to all Running paces, but this is not a hiking camp.
We ask that you are able to spend at least 3 hours out on trail for both the Friday and Saturday run days.
Trailhead
Intro Trail Camp
Ready to take on the trails or gain more confidence on trails? This is the camp for you! We will cover everything from how and what to carry with you, finding and navigating the trails, running technique, training, nutrition, etc. Truly ask us anything (yes, even bathroom stops! It happens out there, ya know).
We ask that you are able to spend at least 2 hours out on trail. (not running the entire time, but out and on your feet and carrying enough supplies)
We ask that you are able to complete a 5k (on road or trail) in one hour, running/walking.
Treeline
Intermediate Camp
Looking for more mileage? This camp is for you! The longer run(s) will be 15+ miles, with a total for the camp 40-50 miles. Whether you want a fitness boost for a specific race or event, or just want to push yourself and explore trails in a new area, these back-to-back days of running with intentional recovery will do the trick! Learning opportunities with focused workshops and guest speakers, gear to demo, and a variety of running nutrition products to try.
Compared to the all-levels camp, these runs will be longer with fewer stops to sightsee and regroup.
Advanced Camp
Training Camp
These camps are not tied to a specific goal race or event.
This just anchors the camp in a location and date, and takes inspiration from a course.
The difficulty will be dictated by the event, so for a 100 mile mountain race we will be running much more challenging terrain and for more miles than a sub-ultra trail race.
The focus will be less about enjoying the culture and area we’re in and more about getting as much running and recovery in as possible. We will try to keep the cost more accessible, so while we’ll be comfortable, don’t expect anything too fancy.
We will have options for local gals to join for the training - please reach out if this is you. Expect guest athlete/leaders with experience on the course, gear recommendations, and increased confidence for your race!

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.
Be clear, be confident, and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. The latter will take care of itself. It always does.
